Due to the unstable communication in the PV area, the data transmission of the inverter has the risk of interruption, which cannot meet the normal commissioning requirements of AGCAVC. In view of the on-site problems, in full consideration of the needs of users, add PBOX6220 communication management machine and ring network switch, modify the networking mode of photovoltaic area, avoid the abnormal problem of box transformer measurement and control communication, greatly improve the efficiency and stability of inverter data transmission, and ensure the normal commissioning of AGCAVC.

Before the transformation of the photovoltaic area, the box transformer measurement and control directly collects the data of the inverter and the bus box, and sends the data to the monitoring background of the booster station and the AGCAVC workstation using its own ring network function. The networking structure is as follows:

After the transformation of the photovoltaic area, PBOX6220 communication management machine and ring network switch are added, PBOX6220 direct inverter data is sent to AGCAVC workstation through ring network switch, and the inverter data is transferred out to the box transformer measurement and control, after collecting the data of the inverter and the bus box, the ring network switch is sent to the monitoring background of the booster station. After the transformation, the remote signal telemetry data of the monitoring background inverter is refreshed normally, and the remote start and stop function is normal. AGCAVC workstation can normally deliver active and reactive power commands, and the response speed and execution effect of the inverter are greatly improved.
